It was a defining moment for us when we won Work of the Year with Capgemini for the Active Inclusion campaign. So many of the team touched that work, and it was created from real stories and experiences.
In the words of the judges, the work captured the true spirit of the RAD Awards and demonstrated extreme bravery: an incredibly honest and powerful piece of work with a bold statement about diversity and inclusion in the workplace today.
We wanted the animation style, music and voices to create a highly emotive piece of creative, that addressed the very real unconscious bias that exists, while increasing awareness of access to support for employees.
The campaign was designed to start a conversation within the workplace and support those who’d had an “I don’t know what to say moment”, and since then, it definitely has.
