Ten years ago, Pink Squid was born in London. An independent consultancy and creative agency, established but not an establishment.  Since then we’ve prided ourselves on staying ahead and leading the change for our clients, their people and their recruitment candidates.

We work seamlessly with our clients all around the globe to create world-class talent brands –  fusing our expertise with creativity to design experiences and communications that transform their people agenda.

Take a look at some of our exciting roles below and see how you could help us do even more.

🇺🇸 Client Partner

We’re agile, digital-first and curious. Building on our US client network, we’re looking for someone on the ground in the US – albeit working remotely and flexibly to align with new and existing US clients, and our London Hub – to continue our growth and help lead Pink Squid into a new market.

You will join a global senior leadership team that works across global brands, some household names, and others that might not be so well known, but impactful in their industry.  You’re our first US hire! So you’ll have loads of autonomy and responsibility, whilst being supported by a global team.

You’ll be on familiar ground; growing new business and sales alongside close professional relationships that will act as a seamless conduit between client needs, business proactiveness and tailor-made executions. Ultimately, you’ll aim to become the recruitment brand, talent marketing, and employee experience guru; the evangelist within, a partner, the trusted advisor – the person who gets things done.

  • Provide client consultations about company products and services across the 360 candidate and employee journeys.
  • Lead in development of account strategies to meet client objectives and effective spread of budgets across multiple priorities.
  • Develop new projects and ideas with potential and existing clients to innovate and achieve industry highs. Inspire with strategic proposals and hold presentations to decision makers.

  • Negotiate and nurture business contracts with clients and their stakeholders.
  • Identify influences from the wider world to inspire our thinking and continue the Pink Squid evolution.
  • Build our brand through social networks, blogging and thought leadership.

  • Ensure a strong pipeline of work, outstanding services and client satisfaction – intercepting and addressing concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work in compliance with Pink Squid standards and draw on expertise from a multi-disciplined team.
  • Lead business governance, assessing potential business risks and developing mitigation plans.

If this ticks a lot of your boxes and brings out your best, and you’re up for an incredible challenge, then get in touch. Feel free to share your thoughts on the role and any ideas on how we can flex around who you are.

💻 Intern Digital Experience Designer

You’re a creative. Maybe you have a bit of professional experience or you might be straight out of uni with an internship under your belt, and a portfolio that shows you’re not joking around. We’re looking to expand our digital web department, so we’re on a mission to discover some serious new talent to join us.

You’d have to be comfortable presenting ideas, through design mock-ups or prototypes. We’d also love it if you brought something new to the table. An interest in 3D, AR, VR? That’s it in a nutshell.

🖥 Junior Web UX/UI Designer

You’re a technical creative thinker, with a few internships or a year of work experience in an agency environment under your belt. You’ve helped out with small bespoke websites or as part of a dev army delivering gigantic global web CMS platforms. Here, we’d want to harness your need to create elegantly designed impactful websites for our growing and influential client list.

You’ll design to a pixel level, then zoom in a little bit more. You’re probably naturally into typography, layouts, and always pushing the boundaries of web design, but you know exactly what a user’s next moves are. You have your wireframing process nailed, you’ll be looking at statistics, creating user personas and mapping out the most efficient user journeys to get users from A to B.

You’re comfortable presenting your prototype ideas in detail, and can explain with clarity to our clients too. You’ll be involved in live work, your pristine mock-ups could end up in client pitch work, and if we win – they’re for the world to see.

We always look for the extra special anything you think you could bring to the table that we haven’t mentioned? An interest in coding or building interactive installations? An extremely niche hobby? We’d love to hear about it or see it in your portfolio.
